The Tidepath Coaching Experience
Tidepath coaching experience is about talking about your dreams and getting excited about achieving them. It’s about discovering what you most want from this precious life and honoring yourself by defining how you will make progress. In one-on-one conversations, you will come to greater clarity about who you are and who you want to be. Through the arc of the coaching program you may find you have become that person as you move forward with greater excitement and clarity about where you are going.
Finding your progress is about connecting with the deepest currents inside yourself that pull you toward your most cherished values. Letting go of whatever is holding you back from harnessing this current will likely feel like a relief. Most people are surprised by how much energy they have for the change hidden within themselves. In coaching, you will be invited to discover and connect with that current.
Meet Hansa Bergwall
Hansa grew up in Concord, Massachusetts not far from the first battlefield of the American Revolution and the pond where Henry David Thoreau wrote “Walden.” His parents were daily meditators and taught him how to breathe and quiet the mind at an early age.
In work, Hansa flourished in entrepreneurship. He started several companies and helped other start-ups grow into national brands. His skills in communications, public relations and storytelling powered his career.
During that time he co-created the WeCroak app, a memento-mori style mindfulness app that has introduced over 300,000 people to using mortality salience as a tool to think clearer. The project came out of Hansa’s passion for practical philosophy and some of his favorite thinking and mindfulness tools. This project began to focus Hansa’s work life on the big questions and eventually led him to the field of leadership coaching.
Hansa is an emerging leadership coach working toward his International Coaching Federation accreditation through a program at Georgetown University. He lives in Philadelphia.
